In this role, you will nurture our exclusively signed talent and manage their brand deals and other commercial opportunities, as well as helping to secure new long term partnerships. Alongside the influencer management, you will also be supporting other key client accounts, including a global luxury travel brand.

You will be self-assured in your approach, meticulous in your attention to detail, and able to proactively and creatively run the day-to-day of our talent division and the associated partnerships. A social media lover, with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram, is essential for this role in order to hit the ground running in our fast-paced and exciting agency environment.

You’ll need to be a strategic and creative salesperson with high energy and a naturally fast pace in operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead influencer campaigns as directed, taking ownership and responsibility for the smooth operation of your core duties and all aspects of the day to day running of any campaign/project/task assigned to you, in line with Company and client expectations.
  • Ensuring the end-to-end project management across all campaigns, making sure they run on time and to budget, managing your duties accordingly to exceed expectations.
  • Point of contact for both talent and clients, across all brand partnerships that come through the Talent Division, along with the Head of Talent.
  • Maintaining strong communication and professional relationships with our exclusively managed talent, providing guidance tailored to their respective platforms and content, and working with them to maximise channel growth and partnership opportunities.
  • Align with talent on a regular basis on any new goals, concerns and changes in personal circumstances to ensure we can tailor our services to best reflect this.
  • Provide both regular and annual feedback to exclusively managed talent in regards to sales, channel growth, content creation and new business.
  • Handle key fee and term negotiations and legal contract reviews in relation to exclusively managed talent, working to secure the best deal for them financially and feasibly, and working to upsell all projects to boost enquiries to large-scale campaigns.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients on the brand and agency side, ensuring all comms are responded to in a timely manner and working with the Head of Talent to ensure all content is delivered to an excellent standard and within the specified timeframes.
  • Scouting for new talent signings, identifying potential in creators, factoring in key metrics across social channels and making informed decisions on commercial viability.
  • Leading outreach to brands and agencies alongside the Head of Talent to build new key connections and forge brand partnerships, with the view of securing repeat business.
  • Creative input across content, conceptual plans and influencer briefs; briefing influencers effectively to deliver strong creative solutions for our clients.
  • To be a “Brand Guardian”, responsible for QC across content, copy, captions, CTAs, brand communications, project workflows, etc, ensuring correct spelling, grammar and account efficiency throughout.
  • Owning, implementing and managing ‘content calendar(s)’ for both client and influencer accounts as required.
  • Exceptional client handling skills; building, maintaining and growing client relationships; identifying opportunities for business development and growth.
  • Working as part of our team to develop proactive and responsive creative social proposals which drive demonstrable value for our talent and clients, including creative originality, account growth and idea generation.
  • Ensure a strong level of administrative organisation at all times - tracking all enquiries, deals, contracts and finances within the relevant systems.
  • Strong interpersonal engagement with Company personnel, ensuring positive relationships are maintained, teams are motivated, educated and trained in best company practice.
  • Support other team members across influencer focused tasks to the best of your ability as required.
  • Creative eye for new business opportunities through new content trends on all social platforms.
  • Assist with building new business proposals, likewise talent and partner briefings; with both a creative and social mindset; providing strategic direction and presenting on new business pitches where required.
  • Drive Company process by anticipating client's needs, taking leadership in client relations and directing your account for success.
  • Be a team player; an ambassador of the Company and its work, supporting and guiding other members of the Company team as required.
  • Be an infinite learner, able to inspire Company teams and clients.
  • Consider ‘new’ ways to approach consistent challenges, developing models/frameworks for use across the team and implementing new optimised processes.
  • Numerate, with a strong understanding of Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years agency experience in talent management and managing a talent roster with clients
  • Deep understanding of influencer campaigns, strategies, management, production, and trends
  • Ability to work calmly and clearly under pressure
  • Travel to attend shoots as directed
