Project Manager

Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years agency experience within a project delivery role
- Significantly experienced in influencer marketing; influencer strategies, negotiation and management
- Comprehensive understanding of the creative and content production process
- Ability to lead and manage client expectations through the challenging/difficult aspects of a project
- Solid budget management/control experienceImmaculate attention to detail
- A true social media native who keeps up to date with latest online trends
- Experience running/supporting paid social campaigns with a strong understanding of best practice
- Ability to travel on international shoots as directed
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead projects across all of our accounts, taking responsibility for the smooth operation of your core duties across all work streams, ensuring your projects run on time and in budget
- Ensure talent content delivery is on-time, in-scope and to brief
- Create and manage project plans to track progress and communicate key milestones to relevant stakeholders
- Schedule and host project kick-off meetings, along with frequent check-ins
- Collaborate with departments/teams/individuals on project delivery as required, making sure requirements, deliverables, and timeframes are shared/prioritised accordingly
- Hold influencer briefings to ensure alignment with any applicable creative brief and project objectives
- Coordinate and schedule resources, influencers, and external parties as required
- Continually provide status updates and update your Line Manager and key stakeholders as required
- Travelling to domestic or international shoots, or managing influencers remotely as required
