Carole Hector

Having previously worked as a baker, a chef, a food stylist and a recipe developer, Carole also developed baking recipes for Helen Goh (co-author of Sweet with Ottolenghi) and was the Head Recipe Developer for a popular recipe box in the UK. 

Her social channels are dedicated to sharing easy, accessible and quick recipes that are inspired by different cuisines from around the world, especially due to her Trinidadian background.
